Job Description: - DIS semiconductor development, evaluation analysis, inspection development, CAD work - New product development (Electrical characteristic evaluation using semiconductor parameters, etc.) - Implementation and measurement work (Soldering on the substrate, X-ray) - Inspection introduction (New tester/substrate/program introduction) - New product CAD design Required Japanese Level: Advanced Level (Business) - Business-level Japanese language ability is required.
